My name is Jexsaida Flores, originally from the Tri-State area before calling Pennsylvania home in 2004. I now consider myself a beacon of self-love and inspiration for women worldwide, however, my path wasn’t always illuminated with such confidence and assurance.
For most of my life, I battled low self-esteem and a crippling lack of confidence. It wasn’t until I found myself in postpartum depression, amidst the joys of motherhood and marital bliss, that I hit rock bottom.
In 2019, I made a pivotal decision – enough was enough! I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing. My journey began with a transformative morning routine comprising exercise, meditation, and journaling. This simple yet profound shift catalyzed a change in my life. That is how Self Love Academy was born. SLA provides a safe place where women gather to connect, heal, and grow together.
I have been asked; Can You Teach Someone Self-Love? Yes, I can teach someone self-love by providing guidance, support, and teaching them techniques to improve their self-esteem and self-care practices. Ultimately, it is up to the individual to fully embrace and practice self-love on their own with what they have learned and the toolkit they have created.
Through SLA, I guide mothers in creating work-life balance, boosting their confidence, and shedding the mom’s guilt. My goal is to help women embrace self-love like never before. From intimate coaching sessions to empowering events, I am continually blessed to witness the transformation of countless women.
Today, I reside in Berks County with my amazing family of 3 children (ages 14, 11, and 10) and my incredible husband, Alex Flores. If you need help contact me, I have been there, I understand you and want to help you.
