My family had a fun chinchorreo* experience with La Voladora Boricua tour bus in Puerto Rico. It was something unique, and full of lots of culture. We passed by rivers, fields, farms, beaches, and beautiful villages while listening to typical songs and music about our island. We also supported small and local businesses throughout the day.
La Voladora is the definition of Ecotourism. Highlighting ecology, tourist places, gastronomy, culture, history, and exchange of cultures for those who visit us from other countries, connecting with nature, plants, animals, and exploring our five senses.
Congratulations to the team Wilberto Figueroa López, owner of La Voladora Boricua and
Marilyn Pérez, Travel Coordinator. They have created something special by attributing values to the next generations and keeping our culture alive. Participating in these trips can give travelers a deeper understanding and appreciation of the local culture.
To initially schedule a tour, text your name, subject, and town or country to 787-430-0963. Do it in advance, they fill up quickly. Tell them that Palo Magazine has recommended you.
*(The word chinchorreo signifies traveling to various typical, small, and informal places where you can enjoy food, music, and see the island’s scenery ).
