How Jexsaida Flores Helps Women Reclaim Their Lives
PM: For those who may not know you yet, who is Jexsaida Flores, and what inspired your work?
JF: I’m a transformational coach, community builder, and founder of Fierce LeadHerShip and the Sister Circle Collective. I help high-performing, busy women, especially moms, who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and stuck between ambition and burnout, rebuild their sense of self.
My own journey inspired my work. I saw how many women were doing everything for everyone else while losing themselves. I knew there had to be a better way, one that doesn’t require sacrificing who we are to succeed.
PM: What does “self-led living” mean?
JF: It’s no longer operating on autopilot or survival mode. You make intentional decisions rooted in who you are, not just reacting to life. It’s about self-trust, clarity, and alignment. Instead of constantly starting over, you build consistency and follow-through. Lead yourself first so you can lead your life, family, and business from a grounded place.
PM: Many women feel overwhelmed trying to balance everything. Why?
JF: Structure and support. Many women consume content and do mindset work, but don’t have systems to apply it, and they’re doing it alone. Therefore, they stay stuck in cycles of starting, stopping, and burning out. They need a space where inner work meets real-life execution, with consistent support.
PM: Your approach is “structure with soul.” Can you break that down?
JF: We need both. “Soul” is the inner work, healing, mindset, emotional awareness, and self-love. “Structure” is execution, routines, habits, accountability, and follow-through. Most spaces focus on one or the other. I bridged both, because you can’t just journal your way into change, you must live it daily.
PM: Why is sisterhood such a big part of your work?
JF: Women aren’t meant to do life alone. There’s power in being seen, supported, and challenged. Community holds you accountable in ways you can’t always do alone. I always say, “Community is inconvenient, but it’s where real growth happens.”
PM: How do you help women transform through your programs?
JF: I create experiences for real transformation, including:
• Morning routine accountability
• Journaling, mindset, and emotional work
• Sisterhood and community spaces
• Workshops and intimate circles
• Retreats and immersive experiences
• Real-life application
Everything is designed to rebuild self-trust, consistency, and clarity.
PM: Who is the woman who comes to you for support?
JF: She’s high performing, driven, and capable, but exhausted. She’s juggling business, career, or motherhood. From the outside, she looks like she has it together, but internally feels disconnected and inconsistent. She’s tired of starting over and ready to follow through.
PM: What does the shift from survival mode look like?
JF: It’s going from reactive to intentional. From scattered to structured. From self-doubt to self-trust. From burnout to alignment. It’s not becoming someone new; it’s returning to yourself and building a life that supports that version of you.
PM: What’s next for you and your brand?
JF: Expanding in a big way. We’re growing the Self Love Academy with deeper programs focused on routine, confidence, and self-trust. Also, more corporate wellness experiences in the workplace because this work is needed everywhere. Hosting more retreats and immersive events, both local and destination, and developing a high-level mastermind for women who are ready for their next level, specifically for mothers and women in business, or those looking to explore entrepreneurship, who are ready to take big, bold, and brave action to change the world. I’ll also continue offering 1:1 coaching for high-performing women who want personalized support.
PM: What’s the bigger vision behind your work?
JF: I’m not just building a business, but a movement, a global one where women have access to healing, structure, and real support to transform their lives. This work is about connection, consistency, and self-leadership, and the impact is just getting started.
