- 1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 2 cups salted butter, softened
- 1 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
*Can substitute with graham crackers (about 28 sheets)
PUMPKIN PIE MOUSSE FILLING
- 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
