My Fresh Salsa recipe that I am about to share with you has an amazing, fresh flavor, and is the perfect complement to many of the dishes I cook up. For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 small cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups boiling water
- 4 large ripe Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 pint of cherry tomatoes, diced
- 2 Serrano peppers, minced *
- ½ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- Himalayan pink salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 to 3 Tablespoons cilantro, minced (optional)
*NOTE: Jalapeños can be substituted
