This month we are writing about any topic that has to do with homes, real estate, or just taking care of our homes. Topics such as realtors helping you find your dream homes, flipping and investments, immigration and purchasing a home, helping teens adapt to a family move, adapting to an apartment vs a big home after a divorce, how to prepare your body for a spring cleaning to avoid getting hurt, and among many other topics related to homes, like talking about the true meaning of the words, home sweet home.
While our cover person is not a realtor, he is a local investor & business owner who has dabbled in various things before focusing on purchasing rentals and flipping homes. We choose him for the cover because we feel he truly came from nothing and has worked his way to the top, just like my favorite guy Steve Harvey. I love these human stories because they truly inspire anyone to know that if you get up and do the work, and stay focused on your gift, you will make it and possibly make it big. When you come from the bottom and make it big you may not realize it, but you just helped break the poor mentality cycle for yourself, your family, and anyone around you that is watching. Because at the end of the day when someone makes it, we are all making it or paving the way for the next generation.
We also shared some stories on several realtors & flippers in the area that are impacting people’s lives. Every one of them has done several jobs prior to being realtors and or becoming flippers but they followed their gift, their calling, their passion whatever you wish to call it. They believed they could, or they jumped and took a leap of faith and that is the message for this month, “love your life before life becomes lifeless.” Let’s go! just do it! Like Steve Harvey says everybody got bills, but you just have to jump. I want to thank Earl Lucas, the realtors, and flippers in these stories. I also want to thank my man Steve Harvey I listen to him every day I even repeat his sayings to keep me motivated. Blessings don’t forget to jump!
