My name is Zylkia Rivera, and real estate has been my passion for 26 years now. I moved from the island of Puerto Rico to Pennsylvania when I was just 22 years of age to start a business with my husband renovating homes and selling them, today better known as Flipping Houses.
As a Latina entrepreneur I had the opportunity to gain experience throughout the years and also what to look for when considering a property for resale and if the numbers made sense. As a visionary I learned to see the final product when a property needed many renovations. Thanks to this experience I am now better equipped to assist many sellers and buyers as a real estate agent (Realtor) with the Zylkia Rivera Team at Keller Williams Platinum Realty.
In addition to this experience, I received a staging certification to provide advice to sellers on how to stage the homes to make them more attractive to buyers. On the other hand, when I show properties to my buyers, I look out for them by paying attention to what repairs the property might need in the future as an effort to help them make an informed decision when considering a property to buy.
I also help investors and small businesses by connecting them with needed lending and potential properties. My focus as an agent is to do what is right for clients and to provide exceptional customer service and as a plus, I happen to be bilingual.
