Do you work in an office or manufacturing environment or both and what do you love about your job? For me it’s manufacturing and I love that every day is different. I thrive on the challenges and progress.
(In manufacturing environment) Do you feel you have the same rights as the men? Yes, sometimes men don’t think you can understand an industrial environment, but I prove I do.
Do you have a family and how do you juggle if you do? Yes, sometimes it is difficult, but I really try to focus on family at home (at least while they are awake).
How have you as an empowered women empowered other women? I always tell other women, don’t look at the job as a man’s job. You can do it and don’t be afraid of the unknown. Learn and grow.
What does it feel like to work in a manufacturing environment? It can be dirty, sweaty, and tiring but I wouldn’t trade it!
