In Honor of Hispanic Heritage Month
Jael Conde, Community Marketing Manager for Mendoza Group, has been promoted to Director of Community Marketing at the multicultural marketing agency.
In her new role as lead community marketing strategist, Conde will continue to forge and maintain links with all target audiences of Mendoza’s regional and national clients. She will be in charge of overseeing community engagement projects, collaborating with Mendoza teams on community-focused communications, and advising project managers on developing community relationships. She will also develop strategies, cultivate strategic alliances, and build relationships with community organization leaders and stakeholders.

Conde, who successfully marketed the world’s first agricultural theme park at the age of 20, has worked in Mendoza since 2015. In her most recent role, she was in charge of developing and strengthening relationships in the Hispanic community. She led the Mendoza Liaison Services representative teams for clients such as Independence Blue Cross, Commonwealth Charter Academy, AARP, AmeriHealth New Jersey, and the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. She is also a licensed health insurance agent in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Before joining Mendoza, she served as regional sales director for the National Coffee Park in Colombia, where she is originally from. She was also the director of social media for the newspaper El Sol Latino and director of marketing for El Zol Radio 97.1 FM, both in Philadelphia. A graduate of Rutgers University, she recently completed the Disney Institute’s Focus for Excellence in Leadership program and is working on her master’s degree in business, management, and marketing at Harvard Extension School.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Conde says she always has “the passport ready” so that he can enjoy her passion for traveling and connecting with people from all over the world. Her volunteer work includes serving as a member of the Anthony Robbins Research International team, a board member of the Hispanic Leadership Association of New Jersey and Acción Colombia, and the director of marketing for the Latin American Book Fair.
Throughout his career he has received numerous honors, including recognition from the City of Philadelphia for his contributions to the Latin American Book Fair, various awards from the Health Insurance Market Circle of Champions, a mention from the City of Philadelphia for his work. with Acción Colombia, an Award from the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters for excellence in broadcasting and a Civilian of the Year award from the Mount Laurel Police Department in New Jersey.
