Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Berks Inc. a non-profit agency stablished in the City of Reading in 1977 is announcing its new Senior Leadership Team.
Daniel Sansary, who is currently the Deputy Director will be moving into the Executive Director’s role. Daniel has been working with NHS since 2016 when he was hired as the Home Ownership Center Manager. Prior to working at the agency, Daniel has been volunteering for NHS since 2008. Daniel serves in multiple non-profit boards such as United Way of Berks County, Habitat for Humanity of Berks County Family selection committee, HDC Mid Atlantic and Berks County Housing Authority.
Erika De La Mora, who currently serves as the Director of Lending will take the role of Deputy Director. As the Deputy Director Erika will be responsible for managing the counseling and lending departments. For three straight years, Erika has reached the $1MM Lending Club at NHS. Erika is well versed with residential lending and has great relationships with lenders and realtors in the communities we serve.
Brenda Kasprzewski will remain in her dual role of CFO/COO. Brenda will continue overseeing the financial aspect of the company as well as the day-to-day operations. Brenda holds an MBA in Business Administration from Alvernia University.
Stephen T Geiringer, who is currently the Executive Director will be NHS’ new CEO and will focus on securing capital for the agency’s lending programs.
