This year has changed the lifestyle for all of us including our young people. The virtual age has affected the physical development of our children. They used to have an hour of exercise at school, but now that the classes are virtual young people don’t have the opportunity to exercise properly.
That’s why we need to take our own initiative and motivate our young people to exercise in one way or another. There are virtual programs that can be done from the comfort of home. Many of them are designed to involve the whole family.
In these programs there are exercises that include dancing and music like hip-hop cardio, which are fun and attract young people to exercise. Others require two people helping each other or passing a special ball, which is the focus of attention on these exercises. Including two or more people not only makes it fun, but it also makes it more competitive.
Competition is something that motivates our young people to stay at it. In addition, these young people can do classic exercises like jumping jacks, basketball, volleyball, running, swimming, riding bike, jumping the rope, as you can see, they can easily integrate these into their daily living.
We must instill in young people that exercising is part of having a healthy lifestyle that will benefit them.
