Should Woman Exercise or Eat Differently?
In the search to achieve our physical goals, the first thing we must understand is that women and men should eat differently. Serving and balancing meals is something both should consider.
Genetically men and women have created differently as well as their body composition, so the caloric level and the exercises must have their differences. Both genders should eat a balanced diet that includes fruits, vegetables, good carbohydrates, protein, and sweaty fats.
During the different stages of the woman the caloric intake and the nutritional needs vary, such as pregnancy, lactating, puberty, menopausal, etc. The metabolism of women is different, the amount of calories they burn is less than that of men. Therefore, your calorie intake should be less.
As for exercise, both genders can do the same type of exercise and the amount. What varies is the weight that will be used and the intensity since this varies in each individual no matter what gender you are. The hormonal difference that men and women have is what makes women not create the same muscles or lift the same weight. Although the muscles do not develop in the same way, it should be noted that the same strength can be developed.
It does not matter if you need to adjust to diet or exercise, it depends on whether you are a man or a woman. The important thing is to lead a healthy lifestyle that suits you.
