As times change so do trends in fashion, makeup, and hair. A trend that has been picking up momentum is curly girls wearing their natural hair for one of the most special days in their lives, their wedding. More and more brides are choosing to ditch the complex and uncomfortable updos and instead opt for a more romantic, soulful updo to enhance their natural curls.
The good news is that there are many options to create a beautiful Soft curly updo. To create a heatless curly updo there are flexy rods and perm rods. Bantu knots and fingers coils are also a good option to enhance the natural curl. Another option is to do a wash and go and enhance the curls using a curling iron. The curls can be pinned up to the side or strategically placed to frame the face.
To ensure your curly updo holds up well through the ceremony and reception it is important to use products with good hold. You can try a moose, hair gel, hair spray or a combination of these products. Be sure to accessorize with hair jewelry, hair pins or a pretty veil and voila, you will be a stunning curly haired bride!
