Supporting local businesses is now more important than ever. I’m so impressed with the way many organizations, companies, and the community helped each other out during this pandemic. It surely is a team effort!
However, in this edition, I wanted to focus on and congratulate Rebuild Berks and their wonderful campaign. Rebuild Berks is a partnership between the Berks County Commissioners and the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance. They joined together to help every Berks County resident access the resources they need to get back on their feet.
From connecting with local businesses, free training workshops for businesses, they kept their audience with up-to-date important announcements, they assisted business owners with access, help, and information to secure funding for their businesses. They also assisted with Stop the Spread and Rebuilding Berks back safely.
We still have work to do to stop the spread in Berks County and throughout the Commonwealth. We are calling on our businesses, institutions, and residents in Berks County to focus their attention on meaningful and effective Health and Safety.
This holiday season if we are not on another shut down please shop safely and if you must not go out, do not do so and shop online and have items delivered to your home.
The following 12 pages will showcase various local businesses. Please shop and support local businesses as much as you can especially in the next 12 months. Our local businesses need your support.
