Health is the most precious treasure that human beings possess. Any pain or discomfort that breaks into our bodies takes us out of control. If so, why don’t we take care of it properly?
Just as pastors or priests protect their churches so must we protect our bodies. The body of each of us is a masterpiece. Each organ performs its function in harmony. We are responsible for keeping it in optimal condition. When we are young, we forget that every day that passes the body changes. It is important to keep it active and running at capacity. The body tells us when something is wrong. Many times, we ignore those signals and what we were able to solve easily becomes a critical condition.
We also forget that mental health is just as important as the physical one. These go hand in hand and complement each other. If we maintain positive attitudes and resolve instead of lamenting the chances of enjoying good health are greater. Even if we have genetic conditions, the way we handle them emotionally will make a big difference. We care about studying, working, making money, and it is okay for you to do so. But without health we cannot enjoy anything.
We will take care of our body which is the only temple that is born and dies with us.
