Our body can be compared to a computer. The computer helps us to search for information, communicate, store, and exchange data among other things. The computer needs to have an antivirus to avoid becoming infected and losing the information that we have. So just like a computer, our mind needs an antivirus so that it can have healthy thoughts and send the appropriate commands so that our body works in the correct way.
We are so exposed to all kinds of information that the time comes that we feel completely exhausted.
