It is a fact that technology can make our lives way easier, but in the same way, it can make us lazier as well. Numbers are showing that obesity is growing at an alarming pace, fortunately, technology is working fast to find ways to solve it… a great number of gadgets and different apps are giving us vital information about us with just touching a button.

- Gadget or App: A Step tracker that measures your activity, where you can set up goals to be active. It will help you to get accountability about your daily activity. You can find different options out there, among the most popular are Fitbit, Apple Watch, but don’t worry the market has more and at different prices. If you have a smartphone and do not want to buy anything additional, the market has many applications that you can download and use as a tracker of your physical activity as well.
- Social Media: Use social media positively, joining a healthy group could be a key. A good group will bring a sense of community and will keep you motivated to continue working on your well-being, please always keep in mind that people’s lives are rarely as perfect as they make them seem on social media.
Always remember to set achievable goals, with or without technology, this is the key to success. One step at a time, it takes time to change old habits but is not impossible.
