One of the biggest frustrations is when the end of the year comes and we realize that we have not achieved the goals we set for ourselves. To many this causes depression and discomfort. That is why it is important to make an objective balance and keep a positive mind for the New Year.
We must make action plans that are real and take into consideration that time is fair and necessary to carry them out. We should not focus on the negative or be very strict. The important thing is that the things that are important in our lives are not affected by the lack of action. We must balance the obligations and our well-being.
We must periodically evaluate where we are in our action plan so as not to let the days go by and then regret. There is a saying that time is money and it is true. If we do an individual study of how we use our time we will be surprised how much time we lose on things that are not important.
But as the poet Kahlil Gibran said: ” But if in your thought you must measure time into seasons, let each season encircle all the other seasons, And let today embrace the past with remembrance and the future with longing.” In other words we have another 365 days to live them fully. Happy2020.
