I Jorge Diaz Jr. am a real estate connoisseur and the founder of Flipping Mindsets. I have always been committed to working hard and making smart decisions. Helping over 250 familias (families) buy and sell Real Estate as a Licensed Agent since 2015.
My wife Cassandra Diaz specializes in Flipping Real Estate with over 20 properties under her belt. She focuses on interior design, project management and property management for her personal rentals. Cassandra and I work as a Husband and Wife team! Together we started Flipping Mindsets along with local credit and finance expert Bladimir Mercedes.
After years of enjoying the experiences of the Business, we turned to empower the Community. Connecting with other individuals interested in making a difference just like us. Some do not have resources or experience but are 100% committed to their future. Positive actions are more than just a company goal, they are our principles.
Real estate has many angles, there is a great deal of intricate opportunity out there and we help people dissect it, finding their unique passions inside of this lucrative industry.
