With GOYA® Passion Fruit Cocktail and GOYA® Pure Coconut Water, this Costa Rican inspired rum cocktail is a fun frozen cocktail that everyone will love.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup GOYA® Coconut Milk
- 1 cup (16.9 oz.) GOYA® Pure Coconut Water
- 1 cup (9.6 oz.) GOYA® Passion Fruit Cocktail
- ¾ cup white rum
- GOYA® Lime Juice
- 2 cups of ice cubes
Garnish – 6 fruit skewers:
- Dragon fruit wedges
- Pineapple, cubed
- Kiwi slices
- Cherry
Directions:
- Step1: In a blender, mix coconut milk, water, passion fruit cocktail, rum, lime juice, and ice until smooth.
- Step2: Divide among 6 piña colada Garnish cocktail with a skewer of fruit such as dragon fruit, pineapple, cherry, and kiwi.
Note: You can omit the rum and substitute coconut water for a delicious mocktail.
