They say that the best life lessons come from our worst mistakes. I do not know how it was last year for you, but it is important to review and learn from the good and the bad. From the good to do it better and from the bad so as not to repeat the same mistakes. How about we do it together? Yes, right now!
Instructions: When you do this exercise focus on the things that are valuable, family, interpersonal relationships, tranquility, in short, those things that you cannot buy. Generally, our goals at the beginning of the year are based on superficial things, exercises, a new car, a new house. When really achieving these goals and feeling happy depends on taking an inventory that considers how we can be better people. Yes, I know that painful experiences may have been caused by others, but how you react to them depends on you. Forgiving will help you start this year with all the positive energy. You can use them as an engine to have a better 2019 and transform the pain into positivism, it’s up to you!
Grab a pen and a piece of paper and write the following:
- Painful experiences in 2018
- Errors that I made
- Cheerful experiences, the growth of success or progress
My goals for 2019; How can I improve my character, my personality, what am I doing for others.
