My name is Stacey Rodriguez and I work at a local bank. This May 2018 I decided to take my health and fitness seriously. I was turning 39 in a few months and was tired of struggling with my weight. My goal was to be fit by 40.
I’ve dieted before and lost weight but always gained it back. I allowed a hectic schedule to force me to skip meals, eat late, and eat whatever was fast and easy. I had a gym membership that I never used.

After a few minutes of speaking with Cash the owner, I knew he would provide the initial push, motivation & meal plan that I needed. I followed his plan faithfully and I’m now realizing amazing results!
What I thought would have taken a year has happened in half that time. I’ve lost almost 50 pounds in just 6 months. I feel great inside and out. I’m strong, energized and rejuvenated!
