Can you believe it, we already started a new year. Usually, we tend to think that January is when we have a new beginning but over the years I have learned that every day we wake up is a new beginning. Life is about balance and how we handle the good and the bad and recognize that we will all have a little bit of everything in this life.
I decided at the end of summer that I had to make a change with my health and I could not wait until January and then I started. I’m glad I did it that way because now I have time to focus on other goals for the beginning of the year.
Do not forget that you do not have to start all the changes this month, because if you do, you will fail in one or several of them and you will give up very soon. Make a list of when you will start the goals and you can do it for specific months. For example, you can start the idea of being organized in January, maybe the diet or change of life in February, March … and in April it can be preparing your home for spring.
The important thing is to grow as an individual and accept that we all must change something in our lives, but this does not mean that you are a failure if you do not achieve everything at once. Everything in life happens when it simply has to happen to us, sometimes we just have to give it a push.
This year I want you to make a list, but it will not be just a one-month list. Instead of putting the stress of the whole year in one day you will divide it for the whole year.
I invite you to continue reading this edition, so you can find out about other good topics such as the story of a man who helps many lose weight, and how to deal with financial situations. Etc.
