Strip lashes or extended lashes?
Extended lashes are individual lashes which are applied one by one directly to the lash line along side your own lashes. They blend in very well with your own lashes and look super natural. Typically they last anywhere from two to four weeks and they usually range on average from $250-500 for the initial application. Many women like them because it gives them a fuller and flirty look. The downside is that they require gentle care especially while cleaning up eye makeup. They usually work better for females who don’t typically wear a lot of eye shadow/liner.
Alternatively strip lashes come in many different styles, volumes, and lengths. They’re usually worn for short periods of time, approximately 1-3 days maximum. Normally you can find them in all types of stores or over the Internet and can vary on average from $1-35. Strip lashes however can be tricky to apply. Applying glue for successful placement can be somewhat tricky as well as placing the lashes correctly on the lash line. It takes a bit of practice to learn the process.
These lashes are a matter of preference. While extended lashes last longer and look pretty, they do require daily maintenance. Strip lashes on the other hand are easier to apply once perfected but look less natural.
